When booking your appointment, the allotted reserved time is designated specifically for your treatment. We ask for your respect of the time of our therapists and technicians with the following cancellation guidelines:
Cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of your treatment cost, billed to the credit card information you provided at the time of your booking.
Same day cancellations or rescheduling and no call no show appointments will be charged 100% of your treatment cost, billed to the credit card information you provided at the time of your booking.
We are required to take your credit card information at the time you book your appointment in order to maintain this policy.
