  2. Invest in an app such as Headspace to help you wind down at night with mindfulness exercises and meditations.
  3. Get your steps in: move for at least 15 minutes every couple of hours, whether it’s just a walk up and down the hall, a quick dance to a few of your favorite songs, or a brief jog around the block.
  4. Connect with loved ones. Whether it’s a text or a phone call, just be in touch and say hello.
  5. Socialize.
